STR vs STR is really difficult to answer. Balanar, Centuar, and N'aix would just dominate. It depends on far too many factors.

new q due all the previous ones being too controversial and such:

which hero has the most damaging skill that is not damage over time?

sidenote: Omnislash, Eclipse, and Fireblast with Multicast dont count either. Basically no skills that require the target to be hit numerous times to accumulate into large damage (like Doom) and no % skills like Reaper's Scythe/Life Break/etc.

remember, i said nothing with percentages. And no to everyone's answers lol.

hint: deals incredible damage at level 1 that does a bit less than a level 2 Laguna Blade. Also note that this damages an AoE and will always kill someone.

no to chain frost due to it's damage accumulating over time, not an instant amount of damage.

Is this really that hard?

here's a hint: the weakest of them of all shall have the greatest power...remember, this move will ALWAYS kill someone...
