tss all people read yukinos posts so that it is cleared that helix will trigger even if the attack misses it is not scored by hit but the command which you gave wich would most likely mean your animation so after you release your animation the helix of axe may trigger or not even though the attack missed

well since my first post in this thread i have actually tried it on Axe, i was 1 vs 1 playing against Mangix, and i missed SO OFTEN so i bought a butterfly late game. LOL a battle took like 5 minutes!!! miss miss miss miss... and it actually worked really well.

grr party starter reaaddd my post tthen say what ideaa is dumb and also you also get a bonus armor from it a nice attck speed when you dont helix plus evasion which also means your hp will be like higher cause there is achance to miss this is just a proof that you did not read the whole thread first that is why you say dumb ;_;

huh? swordman69, just because evasion helps in tanking, doesn't make it a good item. seriously, more people know about it than just u.

Butterfly is gud on axe
axe has a 17% AOE damage evasion that is prior to normal evasion
with 30% additional evasion its like having butterfly for facless void.
The aspd is kinda useless if u going for tank, but butterfly tanks you up as well.

I wonder where you got this 17% since I'm very, very sure that Helix does NOT let you evade damage.
If DPS heroes are beginning to hurt in spite of HoT or Cuirass, I'd say get Butterfly.

Just get a Vanguard (not 2) and a Heart and your settled.
Phase Boots not bad either. And a Blademail.
So Vanguard -> Phase Boots -> Blademail -> Heart
All he needs.
