Yeah, if u do some maths calculation, QOP with Scepter, boost her ulti from 600 to 725. Yeah, sounds great, but after the hero spell reduction :

725-600=125(Increased Dmg)

125 x 75%(After Spell Reduction)= 93.75

Means it's only increases a little dmg on her ulti.

But Scepter boost her hp and mana well.

that not the problem. people get it to reduce cd on wave

by the time you get scepter, yould have gotten better items, EoS is one

Its AOE so if you are lucky and you hit 5 heroes at a time, thats almost 500damge boost.

With additional 5 creep 1000 Dmg boost.

I'm still curious to know what you mean by, ''until now''. Coz it sounds like ur confused about something - & since creating the thread, you've been silent. But to answer your question, yes it's still useful on most of heroes mentioned already.

doom is actually really good with aga, bot unly really advised for when you are taking low hp heroes as it is a (close to) 1700 damage +silence.. which you can't say no to really..

anyway "until now" is stupid, in recent times it has only been buffed...
BUFFED
(reduced cost as well as dropability (lol?) and yeah a couple of added heroes to buff)
