Still useful, eg. Ogre magi, witch doctor or even obsidian destroyer!

Lots of hero still need to use aghanim's
but in scepter i don't really know if lots
of dota player still using that but there
some still useing scepter becouse it's
not 6 chArge anymore XP but if im the
one who's gonna pick i will choose
the guinso than scepter

ahahaha lol its very very good for lucifer and u really dont rush it with zeus if u dont want to end up with 11 deaths befor u get it....unless ur playing vs nab cakes:P

does double doom stack the damage? otherwise the hero will just run after the first doom and you have to chase him to use the second doom

like it's been said, rephrase the question? do you mean after the affects it has changed (like change how much dmg it increase your ulti? there were some changes to this effect in .51 or .52 I think)
