What 2 Orb Effect Items are worth having in your inventory?

Most Orb Effect Items lose their properties when another Orb Effect is in the inventory. But still some others might be useful. Example:

To Prioritize Lifesteal:
*Helm of the Dominator (Upper Left slot) & Diffusal Blade (anywhere else)

To Prioritize Feedback (Mana Burn)
*Diffusal Blade (Upper Left slot) & Helm of the Dominator (anywhere else)

This build will make you have Satanic & Manta near the end of the game.

What do you think? What 2 (or more) other Orb Effect items might work for you?

Why not just go for a damage increasing item or surivability item instead. Otherwise you always waste one of the orbs.

in answer to your question ranged skadi and lifesteal/sny/mjoll is always good.

@ Bones: Vlads is not an orb. It is merely a melee lifesteal effect.

@mirana: Obviosly I know that. It can work with mjolir though as it will only override if mjolnir activates on that hit.
