well... with battle fury you become an excellent pusher with manta. But if you intend to hero kill, this is IMO absolutely the WORST orb effect you can get.

Damn.

Okay well I don't see a logical explanation for Manta on alchemist...
He doesn't hit fast enough to shave off that much mana
When people usually see alchemist they run away because they're afraid of that stun so it's sort of anti progressive.

you'll have to get manta sooner or later

works well alongside linkens but i just dont see the true value in pubs where everyone should carry

manta on razzil is umm.. probably like an luxury item cause it doesn't really help you much except at the diffusal blade bit

Isnt the illusions just for offensing? assume illusions attack once per sec. (normally its slightly faster) 2 illusions can burn 36x2=72 mana per sec.

U can easily hide in fog,
Make ur illusions
Channel ur stun
issue them an attack command (they took some time to move towards the target)
Release ur stun (as long as possible)

Your illusions now can easily burn 72x5 =360 mana, and even more if you could reach him in time to attack several time with your rage on. They will also deal really high damage with acid spray's -armor and your high base damage.

Another thing is escape. With rage turned on, illusions get the same model as you, confusing enemies. Alchemist has no other escape skill so this actually helps a lot.

from all the replys i read, manta style can be useful. Ilussions are for escaping while mana burn for killing.

Question: what happen when ilussion gains assault curaiss aura? does that work on problems that razzil's attack speed is more than illusions?
