okay now lets take a look at a theory

in a normal DotA game which lasts 40-50 minutes, a hero could farm up a 17k build. this is how i base my build on most heroes

so in short what you should get is:

HotD
PT
MKB
armlet
2 hypers

this was proven to work very well

but a dream build would be

MKB
PT
HoT
Satanic
AC
HoT/BKB or butter according to the needs
