There is no "best combo" But I like lich with magnus. Stun then chain. Or any combo involving techies is a sure kill

Naga Siren + Enigma : make sure sleep catches them all together with it's huge range. Enigma counts and bam, in the last second, cloud + ulti, while siren slashes them. Anyone who dares to escape: net + malefice => megaownt.

Witch Doctor + Naix : Maledict + Naix 7% max health removed -> in the duration of naix's rage you'll shave off at least half of his life. Then the ticks that follow will be horrendous. Quite a tank killer combo.

Witch Doctor + Huskar : Maledict + huskar's ultimate -> annihilation

slarder wos noob by the tym he wos lvl 15 he wos 8 deaths to 1 kill
nd they ganked morphling early nd got first blood then i killd him wit hell fire. razor wos easy as shit to kill so i fed of him nd morphling fed off zues. nd dirge did die about 3 tyms with mi stun waveform couple of hits then i stun hit again ded nd sum tyme it had 2 waveforms against him.
but he did die.they pushed each lane in turn hardcore so morph jst went nd tree behind creeps nd kill tower by him self to push

if a not serious combo then veno and rhasta,mass wards!
if serious then veno+doom with refresher,it should make a dangerous combo

lets think...

if you fight against a invis and you want to combo him
SB + Gondar= Charge of Darkness + Track = seen in plain sight Laughing

or you could do the combo's from Storm Rajin that guide

and make some of your own or try new ones

Rhasta+URsa combo!!!!

Hex 1, cyclone the other, use wards ulti on the hero who you cycloned and use shackle on the hexed one, and let ursa kill the shackeld one and then both attack the warded one!

The enemie can't do Sh*ttttttt!!!

Oh come on we all know who's the best here...

Silencer + Rooftrellen - inivisble both, both pop their ultimates, and enemies
can't attack nor cast spells for 5 seconds! That's like the biggest disable ever. Then if roof's got Radiance and hyper, silencer got let's say orchid they kill 1 of them 100%, and maybe the other one. Then push, and repeat again... Nobody can match that...

LOL, sunder + reaper scythe= instant kill

and terrorblade can also carry the game if your enemy is also strong.

Fiend's Grip one and stun the other and cast epicenter near both of them? Other might escape though.. Hysterical
