Vengeful does it good in combos. Techies + Venge, Nevermore + Venge, Meepo + Venge, Rhasta + Venge, Sandking + venge, Crystal Maiden + venge, Luna + venge, and more. Just swap near them, and, a swooping kill is seen ^^

Rhasta and Yurnero
Tidehunter and NA
NW and NA
Razor and Sniper (very rarely do they work well together, but i was just in a game where i was snipe and my buddy was razor, it was sd, and we owned)

An useful combo against int heroes are silencer and KoTL. Curse then leak, you either lose 80% of ur mana or 400hp/200 mana, then if they cast a spell antimage comes void=dead.
Sunder+reaper's sythe, sunder+culling blade, these combos can kill a hero instently, well they can survive a while if they hav bkb..
Treant w/refresher+techies, root then techies mine them, after the roots gone, stasis, 16sec disable,any1 will die eventually.

for me mirana+luna Lucent beam+arrow?(the thing that stuns enemy) and then eclipse and starfal=dedz
