Yes, I was a VIP first. I'm not a mod though. Just Support Team.

Topic:

Vol'jin with aegis won't benifit as much as heroes holding items that can be dropped or heroes that need to farm a lot and save money to get strong late game. He doesn't fall under any of those categories =p
