cast the epicenter first then use the lothars edge

yes, cast the epicenter when you saw sand king's tail or whatever you call that when it glows green that's the time you can hit your lothar's edge it won't cancel the epicenter

About usig lothar's after you start channeling: Its the same with Vol'jin and nevermore... It works...
