3] Freezing characters = +1 ability level
4] Blur = good enough.

Hei yuki-chan...
Those stats are too strick, which cause no one posting here again.

What about new rule :
You can pick any dota character.
- You can't use his/her/it name [so there can be more than one hero at one type or -du mode]
[example : Medusa's name is gorgon, you can't name your character Gorgon if you use Medusa as your character]
- No limit turn [like before]
- no mana, no hp, just over spam your skill.

-> this way, no character that way to powerfull, and no character that way too weak.

well what about :
You can pick any dota character.

But you can't use Raigor Stoneroof as your character name.
-> what about if we can use our dream heroes to, but drew has to be approve first [so submit one first].

Well, just like my character before, I faint when I want, I tired when I want, I can use my skill whenever I want
[as long as I don't chain lightning 5 times in one post]


You have 4 basic skill.

Ah addition.
Passives and toggles skills are skills that you can use whenever you want to.
Example "Critical" when you're fighting you can find you're opponent weakness and *bam!* your opponent dying.

Yup!
As long as Drew already approve, it's use able, what about it?

Ah yes, I forgot about items,
Each character can use 10k money for starting items [which is from dota and can use 6 slot only]
Potion is for free, but max 2 a day. Or we can say, basicly, everyone has 2 potion for heal him/her/it self at battle or anything, so if your character is hurt, drink it. If poisoned? drink it, if tired, drink it.

- aegis is forbiden, since we don't have well to respawn.
- Blink range is 10 metres.
- Town portals can be used when we have "town"(s).
- Item shape is in medal, necklace, earing [so no bugs like Rexxar has 2 axe and buy 2 buriza so he has 4 axe]
Except if you want your character have one, example you're Lina inverse and want have a sword [butterfly] or want to carry a staff [aghanim]
or Rilay staff is aghanim [which of course you have to buy it to replace hers]

Ah, and a modify for pasives or toggles skills [normal skill or from item].
If it's require power [example: Drow's frost arrow] can make someone tired.
or I can say... basicly, we have no mana, but we have stamina, and when your hero tired [decide by yourself], they had to have a rest [nap, sleep, or what ever. potions help too].

And you can change hero's gender.
Example you want Avernus, but female one, just create him as female, but same skill.

What about this?
I'll post it to new thread if it's agreeable.

Well, sort of like that,
but since no hp, no mana, no stat, no damage counter, no bla bla bla...
you can't say like that too...
or simply, your character has all chosen dota/creation character skills.

Julie is one from many descendants of Yagami's Family. She hate to hurt others. So when KOF start, she abandon the battle from the first game, she run away. After a long time she played hide and seek with her family that keep telling her to win the KOF, she landed on an abandon. Now all she needs to do is keep living, if her family doesn't find her at that island.
