SkillS

1st skill

Astral Rage

Each Attack Of Helios on an enemy unit , gives him a chance to instantly change the flow of time , rapidly increasing his Speed and will gain more speed each attack made . Stuns Nearby Enemies if Triggered (345 AoE) . Lasts For 4 seconds

Level 1 = 6% Chance , Stuns All Nearby Enemies for 0.6 Sec . Increases IAS by 15% , +4% AS each Attack

Level 2 = 9% Chance , Stuns All Nearby Enemies for 0.7 Sec . Increases IAS by 25% , +5% AS each Attack

Level 3 = 13% Chance , Stuns All Nearby Enemies for 0.8 Sec . Increases IAS by 35% , +6% AS each Attack

Level 4 = 16% Chance , Stuns All Nearby Enemies for 0.9 Sec . Increases IAS by 45% , +8% AS each Attack

manacost - Passive
cooldown - Passive

In Times Of need , Helios is Capable of Releasing its True Power and Strength by gaining Momentum , Increasing His Size and Fighting Capabilities .

Level 1 = Adds 135 Bonus Hp , Increases Movespeed by 6% and Gives 10% Physical and Magical Damage Reduction . Lasts For 7 Seconds

Level 2 = Adds 180 Bonus Hp , Increases Movespeed by 8% and Gives 15% Physical and Magical Damage Reduction . Lasts For 9 Seconds

Level 3 = Adds 240 Bonus Hp , Increases Movespeed by 10% and Gives 20% Physical and Magical Damage Reduction . Lasts For 12 Seconds

Level 4 = Adds 325 Bonus Hp , Increases Movespeed by 12% and Gives 25% Physical and Magical Damage Reduction . Lasts For 14 Seconds

manacost - 125/135/155/170
cooldown - 27 at all levels
cast range - n/a
cast time - 0.33

3rd skill

Astral Sight

Gives Helios a slight peek into the future , Giving him chance to avoid attacks

level 1 = 11% dodge

level 2 = 16% dodge

level 3 = 21% dodge

level 4 = 25% dodge

Ultimate Skill

Time Shift

Shifts The Flow Of Time of The World , Slowing All Units Except The TimeStrider . (Both Enemies and Allies Are Affected) .

Level 1 = Slows All Units Movespeed by 45% . Lasts For 4 Seconds .

Level 1 = Slows All Units Movespeed by 55% . Lasts For 6 Seconds .

Level 1 = Slows All Units Movespeed by 75% . Lasts For 8 Seconds .

ulti is imba i guess, 80% reduced attack speed ans movespeed for 9 secs, its almost like a disable for 9 secs.

astral rage imba ult imba overall not that balanced nerf the bash lol 19% to stun 400 aoe and make him hella fast so he can do it again ect...

Have you change astral rage? coz its kinda imba... but i like the ult... its like you're disabled for 9 seconds.. just like guinsoo's scythe... too imba..

hmm overall assessment = imba
1st skill is wayyyy 2 powerful, AOE stun and then he gains inc attackspeed 2 boot?!?!?! having a very slow base attspeed does not in any way nerf the skill. Note the inc attsepdd lasts for 6 seconds!! thus he can more than likely trigger it agin and agin, getting faster and faster each time..

2nd skill, bit like an ult tbh, nerf the dmg reduction!

3rd skill, standard evasion

4th i lyk it, doesn't seem imba, as it jst slow's ms and it also applies to ur allies.

only MS(movespeed) is Reduced ... not AS(attackspeed ...

This Hero is like Void and terrorblade has a child(dont ask me how they make one^^).
the Ulti is a very nice idea for good tactics but a lil too imba now
