Manta on Anti Mage???

Getting basher on Him is stupid fullstop,
Seriously what are you all doing, Bashers on hero that does not have a bash skill is stupid. Get him Treads, B Fly, Radiance/B Fury and Valds.

I dont think so. BAshers are stupid on heroes with regular bash but heroes with high attack speed benefitr from bash a lot.

That is if there are no disablers in the opposing team.

if you like immense mana mana burning, have anub`arak to partner magina. anub`arak will mana burn the enemy while magina uses mana break, then mana void ...a kill!

I would get manta on Magina if there is a Warlock in the opposing team other wise I wouldn't. MKB and butterfly are better alternatives.

it won't stack, even you make manta first before manabreak or manabreak first before manta, it will never stack with each other.

bashers/mkb isnt so bad. keeps heroes in place. though he has blink, 60mana spontaneously for 1-2 hits, might not make it(sometimes) for a mana void as a finisher. but im going off-topic...
manta? doesnt stack. even if you have 3 AMs(96 mana burn) they could only land a hit once, unless you have basher but otherwise... they dont have blink so they really cant chase... i'll try this next time i use him... manta basher... sounds fun hahaha

they dont stack but with manta you will burn more mana,with your illusions that is

i rush for a vanguard if im laned with a harasser... then go for treads,butter and MKB...
my friends rush for treads and 5 wraith bands..

right now im thinking of a crazy build...

max blink and stats.... if theres lots of magic spells in the environment put points on spell shield..

then item build is....
treads,manta,butter,AC,buriza....

put points on mana void once you got diffusal....

pros of this build...
much better chance of surviving early....
more stats means more hp and damage...
you wont have a problem with the orb of manta and mana break...
3 maginas with fast attackspeed and manaburn is pawnage....
destroying towers will be easy....
you'll confuse your enemies and make them use all there mana since they dont want it to be burned and they dont know that you didnt put points on your mana break...

cons...
no mana break early... you wont easily harass mana dependent heroes,,,
your gonna buy an item which wont stack with your skill....
your only help for your team in a clash is your DPS...



ill try these in my next game... ^^ hope it will be a success..

Wanna different build that support his mana burn? Cranium-necronomicon. Or guinsoo-necronomicon. Etc. I know they are kinda different and unique. But effective enough with gud micromanagememt. Simply, disabler(cranium/guinsoo/etc) with extra attack/damage (necronomicon) which also give extra ms and mana burn.

i think guinsoo would be a waste... since magina is not that mana dependent... and his not a good farmer... so farming for guinsoo IMO is gonna be a waste and make you very fragile...

i think mana break is his DEFINING skill. and not taking it would just be folly.

this is like taking sven and not choosing thunderbolt.. doesnt make sense.

wtf are you talking about? cleave + stats = ownage (that was sarcasm btw)

but yeah, magina is dependent on mana break and it synergizes well with his ulti (obviously)

thats why i wont put points on his ulti until i get a diffusal blade... its just a crazy build... ill try it if it will work wonders XD.....

though i will only try this build against non mana dependent heroes since mana break will be a waste....

holy shit why are you all debating about this.
1. manta doesnt stack with Anti mage mana burn because they both are orb effects

2. they are two totally different orb effects if you noticed.
FEEDBACK(manta/diffusal) burns away mana.
MANABURN(antimage) burns away mana and dealing 0.6 damage of the mana burnt.

thats why antimage "seems" to do more damage.thats because his manaburn does damage.

so for antimage, rush PT 2 wraiths and a vanguard. after that either get ONE basher and a butterfly or butter straightaway. then MKB.
