This is really random and doesn't matter too much but I was wondering if there was a list somewhere (or one that could be generated) of all the band users and why they were banned?

Could be used as a set of examples, see what you can't get away with. On the other hand, that would obviously lead to people attempting to push it as far as they could - I'd prefer the shroud of mystery around what we'll punish people for, that way we might not have to as much.

Im so pissed off with that! My old account got banned and no-one told me what the hell i did?

So please can some admin post a list of all banned people so maybe I can find out what i did rong!!!!!

Well if they're going to ban you and they send you a PM first, does that mean that they now have to wait for you check your message? It doesn't work that way. However, they could make it that if you get banned then you get a final email from the site wrt why you were banned. But I know what you mean when you say that you'd like to know why - everybody feels like they need justification for things that have been done to them (or their account).
