how do you counter perma bash?

let's say faceless void / troll warlord / lycan has a couple of bashers.. what item or technique will you employ in order to counter their build?

1] Blind them. (Use skills)
2] Get an evade item. (The Butterfly)
3] Slow their attacks.

1) Use very strong spell caster and or strong disabler. 2) Gang him. 3) Purchase Kellen dagger escape, either for hunting or escaping. 4) Purchase eul or guinsoo so that can't attack u.

there are no perma bash it will miss it bash but not that frequently just get warlord or blink,invi hero that will solve it

If you meet the melee enemies like lycan and facelles void, use blade mail, but if you meet the range enemies you can buy kellen of dagger escape.

Lothars, guinsoo's or blink dagger can help you escape. Just make sure with the blink dagger than you blink somewhere helpful (like across a ridge) rather than just a small distance away.

Use evasion with a skill that makes the opponent miss.You can also make your hero to attack faster so you will deal a lot of damage OR buy 2 bashers so the battle will be equal.
