lothars is definitely not only an escaping item...it's a chasing item. sure blink dagger can do the same thing but it gives damage and attack speed also, since dagger has been nerfed you cannot use it when you are attacked. but you can use lothar's windwalk whenever you want. you can even have lothars on non-agility heroes and there's nothing wrong with that. lothars on sven works well. and like ganksta said, it works well with ezalor also.

dagger with nevermore's ulti don't work.
and stun disable of any type instantly makes you dead meat.

ya i didnt get that.. firstly his ulti is no cancelable. so even if hes stunned, after the stun goes away do it again...

channeling spells while being invisible is imba till lategame.

Well the thing about channeling spells is you'd have to stay still . .

so the answer would be Sentry Ward/True Sight . .

Duded, lothars isn't just for the invisibilt for escaping, even if they get wards, you get movement speed, so you'll even be busted, hell with invisibility, speed is key!

IMO i think Lothars should only be bought for char's that should have ww but don't; i.e. VS, axe, ursa, void, Veno, etc. Spec is super awesome with ww, just reality over to target [even if more than one] then just ww out of there if you're about to die. Especially with Axe. Hard to kill and even if the whole team is trying to kill, really dissapointing if after all that Axe still isn't dead xDD. sorta like aegis. =D

Axe and Spectre don't need lothars, it can be useful on VS is you swap into a lot of heroes you can use it to WW out of there and save yourself, void has timewalk so he doesn't need another escape mechanism
