The best way to be famous in DS is to wrench the admin position out of drew's cold, dead hands.

To damage towers with toss, make sure there are other units near the tower with which to target Toss.

its physical damage, so yes it damage buildings.
you just need to toss something at someone near a building...

this is why i like tower huggers who want to deny the tower.
