Str: 10 + 0 | Agi: 20 + 2 | Int: 24 + 3.5
Damage: 20 - 22 | HP: 340 | Mana: 312
HP Regen: 0.5 | Mana Regen: 0.8
Attack Speed: 1.3 | Armor: 2
Someone said that there's a little boy with extreme intelligence in town. He knows everything in this world. But he thinks it's useless when he could not save his mother's life from his cruel step-father. He left the town and started to think that power is everthing. Years later,he gave his souls to the Lich King to figured out the way to transform his great intelligence into strength and power. Now he came back, to revenge of his father, to destroy the Sentinel.
Skill:
Insane Rage
Draakjeraar fills his mind with hatred, transforms his intelligence into strength and takes more damages in 20 seconds.
Level 1 - Decrease 25% of Draakjeraar's INT and his max MP, increase his STR by the amount of his decreased INT, take 150% damages
Level 2 - Decrease 50% of Draakjeraar's INT and his max MP, increase his STR by the amount of his decreased INT x 1.45, take 250% damages
Level 3 - Decrease 75% of Draakjeraar's INT and his max MP, increase his STR by the amount of his decreased INT x 1.9, take 400% damages
Level 4 - Decrease 100% of Draakjeraar's INT and his max MP, increase his STR by the amount of his decreased INT x 2.35, take 600% damages
Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Note: This is the most important skill of this hero, max it asap. At Lv16 your INT will be 80 (without items) => your STR will be 188 => your dmg will increase 188 and your HP will be 3912. But the cost is too big, you will take dmg x 6.
Learning Hunger
Draakjeraar was a genius boy, learning is his basic instinct. His INT will be increased after killing enemies. However, everything he learnt from battle will be slowly disappeared through time, he will lose 0.75 INT per minute until his INT reach base again (not count for items).
Level 1 - Increase Draakjeraar's INT by 0.04 after killing an enemy or neutral creep, by 0.3 after killing an enemy hero
Level 2 - Increase Draakjeraar's INT by 0.08 after killing an enemy or neutral creep, by 0.6 after killing an enemy hero
Level 3 - Increase Draakjeraar's INT by 0.12 after killing an enemy or neutral creep, by 0.9 after killing an enemy hero
Level 4 - Increase Draakjeraar's INT by 0.16 after killing an enemy or neutral creep, by 1.2 after killing an enemy hero
Passive
Note: This is a support skill to increase your power, you can learn it in late game, it will help you a lot.Careful, don't learn this skill soon, it's useless in early-mid game.
Charge
Draakjeraar burns his life to to deal extra damages and 30% stun enemy or himself for 0.5 seconds.
Level 1 - Pay 5% of his current HP to do 100 more damages
Level 2 - Pay 7% of his current HP to do 125 more damages plus the difference of his STR and target's STR
Level 3 - Pay 10% of his current HP to do 150 more damages plus his STR
Level 4 - Pay 15% of his current HP to do 175 more damages plus the combine of his STR and target's STR
Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 6/4/2/0 (auto cast)
Note: This skill is pretty imba when you're chasing or being chased solo. With the 1st skill, this skill has incredible dmg. But be careful, it's a double-edge sword, if the enemy is stunned, you kill him, or else, you are killed.
Huge Slam
Draakjeraar uses his own life to slam the ground, deal extremely huge damage in 350 AoE and stun them for 2 seconds.
Level 1 - Pay 75% of his current HP to do damages by the difference of his STR and enemies' STR x 3 (each enemy takes damage base on his/her own STR)
Level 2 - Pay 85% of his current HP to do damages by his STR x 4.5
Level 3 - Pay 95% of his current HP to do damages by the combine of his STR and enemies' STR x 6 (each enemy takes damage base on his/her own STR) ( x 7.5 if you have Scepter)
Creeps' STR is treated as 0
Cooldown ends immediately when Draakjeraar's HP reaches 100% again (except respawn)
Insane Rage will ends after using this skill in 2 seconds
Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Note: Like 3rd skill, this is truly a double-edge sword, use it wisely and you can kill all the enemy heroes in one hit. Let's make a small calculation : at Lv16 your STR will be 198 and your enemy heroes' STR will be 50 at average => dmg will be (198 + 50) x 6 = 1470 dmg (x 7.5 = 1837.5 dmg) !!!
Pros:
Great damage dealer + imba
Ulti with huge damage and range
Pretty good chaser and ganker
Enormous HP
Immune to manaburn
Cons:
Easy to die
Cannot use any of the items' spell
Unable to fight for long time
Cannot farming
Depend all on your team in early-mid game
You can share your ideas with me here to make this hero more perfect and have better balance

aight, im not joking now when i say every skill here is utterly imba.
Insane Rage: -last's 120 seconds.. i.e. its lyk its passive.
-converst int in str X 3.25, which practically increases health by 325% but makes him take 300% more dmg, hence a 25% increase in health..BUTTTT IT INCREASES HIS DMG BY 325%!!!!!
sure his stats show he is utterly hopeless in dmg, but as his stat increase for int is 4.. it equals a str increase of 13 per lvl.. x 25 thats 335 str by lvl 25... c the imbaness there?
losing int and mana makes no difference, he doesn't use it!! if anything this makes him immune to dmg by manaburn skills...
Genius's learning is also imba, 1 int per creep kill and 4 per hero?!?! make it 0.15 (compare to pudge), and then 1.25 per hero kill.
Anger: is an autocastable stun...that will, cos of ur imba high str deal tremendous dmg... around the 600 mark at lvl 25 without items... ITS LYK AN ULT! and becoz its current hp, it cant kill u, so thus u once u lvl it to 4, hav an autocast permastun... that will kill an enemy in 4-5 hits or less and lose u sum 50% hp...
Huge Slam: wow, again far 2 powerful, this guy + vacuum or reverse polarity = instant team kill. ur str gets to around 325 as we figured out.. add say 200 from a couple of other heroes and u hit 525.. x 6 u get sum 3000 dmg..., even with only 1 hero, say his str is 80..u get 400 x 6 = 2400 dmg... (now imagine if we added str items to this..)
And agin as its 'current hp' he can use it as a finisher when his own hp is low anyhow and a 95% loss is only say 100hp.
i duno, this guy needs a major rethink b4 a rating can b given.

i haven't tried to read the skills with my concentration..
but now what i'm going to say is..
you CANT make HP and MANA by your self..
they have the formula..
HP = (19xSTR) + 150
your HP must be = 19 x 10 + 150 = 340
MANA = (13xINT)
your MANA must be = 13 x 24 = 312
so not 300 and 300.. ^^
and so do HP regen and MANA regen..
you can see the formula in the stickies in dream heroes first topic first page, look at one of yukino's post about regeneration formula...

OK, but how about the ideas? Is that good or not? And how about the strategies, I had some but it doesn't seem right.
