time burn is as good as 35%, since it slows you also, and allies are also slowed, also his skills only slow MS not ASPD.

bloodcraft i have an idea for another ulti

an ulti that affects and aoe that affects everyone in it.
they get teleported back to where they were like 5 seconds ago except when they get teleported back allies teleport back with like 25% more hp and enemys teleport back with 25% less hp.

or somehting similar to that idea.
if you no like thats fine

hahah.. I agree ^^
Ok.. here is what I think. Kill the second skill. Make the first one have a much longer CD and mana cost and make it global, change it to the following:

Time Burn (r)
Darkon burns the time, slowing all units for 8 seconds.
Level 1 - Slows allies by 10%, slows other units by 20%.
Level 2 - Slows allies by 15%, slows other units by 30%.
Level 3 - Slows allies by 20%, slows other units by 40%.
Level 4 - Slows allies by 25%, slows other units by 50%.
Slow effects all creeps the same.
Mana Cost: 80/130/180/230
Cooldown: 30/45/60/75
This is a global effect slowing the game clock, all creeps, towers and the time of day at the full % rate. Darkon shields his allied heroes from half of the effect and himself from the full effect.

I think with that skill you become a true time mage.. though it may be over powered and should consider useing as his ult.

I like the idea of your current ult but would maybe have it last shorter and use it as a normal skill.
All in all, I really like the idea of slowing skills and the idea of a previous self showing up to fight at your side. If it was my idea I think I would switch things around a little and cut the slowing ward.

nice hero...balanced global skill and overall very innovative (except the manaburn-on-cast aura which is from oblivion)
