i want to but i can't play online. sadly. if i ever get caught by my boss playing online, i'm good as dead.

i just don't want to hear her say "oh you're playing DotA. well, you're FIRED!!!".

actually, you'd be wrong quale, I made no comments about incorrect grammar/punctuation, mainly on what he put into the guide, and what he didn't. I'll admit it was a decent guide but he pretty much only covered orb walking.

what's also there to be notice, or rather not there to be notice, the author is not responding to the comments. it's like submitting a guide and let go. the site is then now responsible on maintaining the credibility of the guide they just published, instead of the author that first to defend.

i hope the next guide is from an active DS member.

That would be really nice. And it would probably get my guide published faster (especially if they are going by guides we need since there are already 3 Lina guides [mine is much, much better btw (and I'm working on the revision to take out the wall of text)])

Currently waiting for some fresh good guides to come out. Then we can nominate them. For now, I personally don't see any of exeptional quality that has been approved, though there are many good ones still waiting to be approved.

If you guys decide to take down the Traxex and Viper guides because the users aren't active (some speculation happening, not sure if you would), would you guys approve 2 extra guides to take their places? or would it still be 1 a week? or should I be asking a mod about this?

there will be, but it's only the 4th now so there are still 27 more days for the mods/st to decide (If I had to vote it would go to folechno's awesome Lina guide but that's jsut my opinion)
