Primary: STR
STR: 21 + 3 / AGI: 18 + 1.68 / INT: 15 + 1.8
Damage: 52 - 60 / HP: 550 / 210
HP Regen: 0.90 / Mana Regen 0.75
Attack Speed: 1.50 / Armor 2

Heat Wave - Fires a small wave of fire that deals minor fire damage and burns enemy units.burns 5 seconds

Level 1 - 80 damage; 20 damage/sec
Level 2 - 120 damage; 20 damage/sec
Level 3 - 160 damage; 20 damage/sec
Level 4 - 200 damage; 20 damage/sec

Mana Cost 120
8 sec cooldown

Fire Edge - A blazing flame attack that deals major damage.

Level 1 - 150 splash damage
Level 2 - 200 splash damage
Level 3 - 250 splash damage
Level 4 - 300 splash damage

Mana Cost 100/130/190/220
15 sec cooldown.

Fire Serpent Scales - Fire imbued thick scales that is strong against magical damage. adds armor every level. flame sparks active.

Level 1 - 5% magic reduction and adds 1.5 armor; 20 damage every 2 seconds
Level 2 - 10% magic reduction and adds 2.5 armor; 20 damage every 2 seconds
Level 3 - 15% magic reduction and adds 3.5 armor; 20 damage every 2 seconds
Level 4 - 20% magic reduction and adds 4.5 armor; 20 damage every 2 seconds

Passive Skill

Shed Skin - Recovers HP and Mana, leaves all buffs in its old skin. Turns invisible for a short period of time leaving a one hit non-moving replica
that deals AoE damage if destroyed.

Level 1 - heals 300 HP mana; 4 sec invisible; deals 150 explosion damage.
Level 2 - heals 450 HP mana; 5 sec invisible; deals 250 explosion damage.
Level 3 - heals 600 HP mana; 6 sec invisible; deals 350 explosion damage.

Mana Cost - 100/160/220
60 sec cooldown.

uliti is to powerful...remove the heal then its ok...your third skill sounds a bit too powerful too...remove one of the effects...(otherwise you would have 50% spell reduction with HoD...magina would cry...or lots of armor and also make the dmg per 2 sec in intervals (5/10/15/20) so it is more balanced...btw what is the aoe of the flames?

frank he would actually have 50 with just the skill cuz hero resistance to spells is 25%

haha yeah right.. even me ddnt approve on this one!! this hero was created by my friend he i juz post it... gud luck to him.. i already have 5 heroes but im to shy to share it haha.. tnx for the comments!!

yeah but then magina would have 95% with HoD and spell reduction which is not the case...(is it? never tested it properly..) but anyway share you ideas!!!!
