Griffin Backsteel, the cause to hundreds of robberies. Wanted all over Lorderan! When the lands of Lorderan became infested by the Scourge... Griffin saw an oppertunity to join the Scourge and see what powers the Lich King could show him. The Lich King made Griffin one of the greatest thiefs that ever lived! Having the skills to become invisible for a short time while moving very fast, Piercing an enemy with his deadly spear and at the same time poison it. Looting the corpse of the enemy hero that he kills and being able to track close enemies. Griffin stands on the side of the Lich King, willing to do anything to defend him!

Skills

Invinisibility Run (B)

The Lich King made Griffin drink an everlasting invinsibility potion that would make him invinsible, But it would only work aslong as Griffin kept up his speed up! Griffin starts running and becomes invinsible but he soon becomes tierd and has to rest and then loses the invinsibility.
Level 1 - Gains 10% movement - invinsibility holds for 5 seconds
Level 2 - Gains 20% movement - invinsibility holds for 6 seconds
Level 3 - Gains 30% movement - invinsibility holds for 7 seconds
Level 4 - Gains 40% movement - invinsibility holds for 8 seconds
Good for escaping and chasing.
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 12
Framework: Works like any other wind walk.
Notes: Griffin needs to move all the time else he will lose his invinsibility.

Piercing Spear (E)

Griffin pierces an enemy with one of his spears that damages the enemy and poisons it.
Level 1 - Deals 240 Damage - Poison Damage 20 Per 2nd Second
Level 2 - Deals 260 Damage - Poison Damage 30 Per 2nd Second
Level 3 - Deals 280 Damage - Poison Damage 40 Per 2nd Second
Level 4 - Deals 300 Damage - Poison Damage 50 Per 2nd Second
Poison lasts for 6 seconds.
Mana Cost: 150/160/170/180
Cooldown: 15
Framework: Throws a spear that looks like the ones that Wyvern Riders throw.
Notes: Poison can kill.

Loot Corpse (N/A)

Griffin loots the enemy hero that he kills to see if he can get some extra gold.
Level 1 - 5% chance to find 100g - 10% chance to find 50g - 85% chance to not find anything
Level 2 - 10% chance to find 100g - 15% chance to find 50g - 75% chance to not find anything
Level 3 - 15% chance to find 100g - 20% chance to find 50g - 65% chance to not find anything
Level 4 - 20% chance to find 100g - 25% chance to find 50g - 55% chance to not find anything
This happens when Griffin kills an enemy hero.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: The same sound and framework that comes when you sell something.
Notes: The framework wont be used if he dosn't find anything.

Map Tracking (T)

Griffin's meeting with the Lich King made his sence for finding things he looks for much more powerful! Griffin can track those enemy heroes that are closest to him, revealing the area where the hero is.
Level 1 - Shows the location on the closest hero to Griffin for 3 seconds.
Level 2 - Shows the location on the 2 closest heroes to Griffin for 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Shows the location on the 3 closest heroes to Griffin for 7 seconds.
Naughty tracking against heroes that are creeping in the woods or those that are about to gank you.
Mana Cost: 150/120/100
Cooldown: 60
Framework: Shoots up a flare in the air.
Notes: This also reveals invisible heroes.

It was very easy to find out a story for a bandit like this little guy. The stats might have been a little harder but in the end all got sorted out. Skills for a robber that needs to be quick in his moves and always takes a little more was also easy to make up. And as a master mind, a robber is always good on finding what they are looking for and Griffin have a very sharp mind of finding what he wants and that is... gold ofcourse, and where does he get gold best? From killing heroes ofcourse! That's why I made his ulti a track ulti, im sure that some will even say it is better then zues ulti and gondars track! And for the final part comes this writing, Easy like everything else (except the stats)! Meet the bandit hero in DotA, meet Griffin Backsteel!

Skill Synergies and Combos!

Invinsibility Run

Lich King: Run fast little bandit, and this elixir shall give an invinsibility that no other can match!

Invinsibility Run, a skill that lets you run away and run down your enemies. You might think "Why invinsibility?" Because he is a bandit! A bandit is even better if he cant be seen! A great combo with Invinsibility Run is your ulti, find the enemy and get there fast so he/she dosn't get away!

Piercing Spear

Griffin Backsteel: I shall pierce all enemies that dare to make a threat against the Lich King!

Piercing Spear, your only skill that makes damage! Yes I know "Only one damage skill?" Yes, because the cooldown is low, the only downside is that you cant do much when you run out of mana... A great combo for this is a run with Invinsibility Run! Run infront of your target and use your Piercing Spear: This will block your enemy and damage him a lot! Just in time for your next run, by this time your poison should have made a lot of damage also!

Loot Corpse

Griffin Backsteel: Gold, give me more gold!

Loot Corpse is very similier to Track, you get more gold. But Track is an ulti! And it cost mana! Sure, it isn't 100% chance that you get gold but atleast its a little chance? A mean but usefull combo is to run down enemies that some ally have been working on!

Map Tracking

Player: I see youuuuu!

I know Map Tracking might be a strange name for a robber like this. But have some fantasy and just let it go... Some might think this skill sucks to be an ulti, but with this skill.... many enemies can have problem to gank you! There isn't any need for telling any combo for this because it is a combo for everything and everyone.

Items

Give Griffin items that gives him move/atkspeed. and give him agi, Sange and Yasha is a must! because he needs something that can slow the enemies! Or just give him EoS, but I would go for Sange and Yasha...

Allies to play with

Play stealth with the stealthers and gank your enemies!

Globalise your enemies with the global ulti heroes.

Be the last killer for those that can damage there enemies hard but cant chase them down if they flee, for e.x.p Sven.

Enemies to run from

Watch out for the gankers, use Map Tracking to find out where the hell your enemies are!

Watch out for those that can run as fast as you, Clinks can get a gem and chase you easy!
