Why just compare 2 items?Isn't the whole build is more important?In my opinion,deso can be replace by a much better dmg amplifier...buriza for instances...And getting deso doesn't mean that you are invincible and can kill everyone in 3secs...A good tanker will finish you off,since most tankers have stun...A good disabler is more than enough to finish drow,that is soft..(sigh)

id rather build lifesteal instead of desolator....lifesteal is useful on late games...so you can tank the enemies...

just attack normally when an enemy fought you (for the lifesteal)and use frost when he/she escapes...you know what i mean?

i think desolator is not a good orb for drow....

threads....lothar....MKB/buriza....butterfly....satanic/mjollnir...

agree with rioo, since its good to keep lifesteal on when not hero killing, and when low hp.

Since she doesnt have so good regen nor anything heal stuff, some1s get vanguard...Try MoM!

Frost is not just for escaping . .

You can still activate it in immobile targets going it at you . .

Slowing them means they dish out less attacks towards you and thus less damage . .

good especially against DPS types and high damaging heroes ..

Ill stick with the slow. Eventually they will die and you save money and dont waste a skill.

it really depends..if you have viper, venomacer,abaddon and naix as your ally...deso will be useful for your team..
