what! mate why would you advertise this in DotaStrategy? A forum for dota players to get together and talk about dota and other things of life? Then restrict people of other regions from joining? the opposite of bringing dota players together? For reasons unknown to us you want to make a clan that is made up of your home country... er place, but this is DOTA, a international game... and this website is probably not the best place to attempt such a thing. If you want to make a clan/join one, you might want to just join one of DotaStrategy's clans... such as CLAN ZOMP/Clan DS???(think i read something about it)
