Achos - Angel of Innocence

Whats up people. So this is the hero i made from the hero builder. It still hasnt been approved, and i think its been about a week. So I heard if the people like it, it will get approved faster. So heres a poll and my hero. If you have any suggestions and constructive criticism, I'd be happy to hear it. And if you want me to add the discussion and synergies, and all that good stuff to the post. Id also be happy to do that.

Story- Achos. The Angel of Innocence. A tortured soul. The tears of the people. Achos the Angel was born during the Rebellion of Demons. When the demons were cast out of the land into Hell. Achos a little angel girl was taken with them. They turned the little girl into a slave and tortured her. Since she was an immortal, she could never die. So one day when she was alone, she ran from Hell and ran to the humans. The humans cared for the little girl, until one day she started to grow wings on her back. She was cast into an eternal prison by the humans, and was experimented on... until the invasion of the Scourge. When the building she was in was destroyed, her eternal prison was broken. She rose weak from the years in imprisonment. Now Achos, The Angel of Innocence, fights for the Alliance, but not to help them. She fights for her redemption, for her sanity, for her innocence.

Range: 120 | Move Speed: 305
Primary: STR
Str: 20 + 3 | Agi: 18 + 2.15 | Int: 16 + 1.25
Damage: 50 - 55 | HP: 530 | Mana: 208
HP Regen: 0.85 | Mana Regen: 0.65
Attack Speed: 1.5 | Armor: 5

Skills
Tortured Scream (c)
Achos lets out a scream of pain on an enemy unit. The unit and other enemy units around it will be frightened causing them to move and attack slower.
Level 1 - Aura lasts for 5 seconds. Slows enemies attack by 10% and slows enemy movement by 5%
Level 2 - Aura lasts for 10 seconds. Slows enemies attack by 20% and slows enemy movement by 10%.
Level 3 - Aura lasts for 10 seconds. Slows enemies attack by 30% and slows enemy movement by 15%.
Level 4 - Aura lasts for 15 seconds. Slows enemies attack by 30% and slows enemy movement by 25%.
Can be used for chasing especially when target has low hp and is next to another enemy hero. Also great for team battles.
Mana Cost: 105/110/115/120
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10

Innocent Murderer (t)
Achos when being attacked, can transfer her pain on to the attacker.
Level 1 - 10% chance to inflict 75% of the damage done to Achos.
Level 2 - 10% chance to inflict 100% of the damage done to Achos.
Level 3 - 12% chance to inflict 100% of the damage done to Achos.
Level 4 - 12% chance to inflict 115% of the damage done to Achos.
One of your many ways to deal damage. Also works great if the hero chasing you has low health.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: Works like haunt. Except when the haunting unit is haunted a mirror image of itself is shown.

This is sort of like axe's counter helix in a way, but only affects the unit attacking. Also there is no set damage like helix. It depends on the damage of the attacker. Does not work for magic attacks.

[Edit] Healing Pain (e)
For a limited amount of time or attacks. All pain caused to Achos will heal her instead of damaging her. Only works for melee attacks.
Level 1 - For 5 seconds or for 5 attacks, she is healed for 5% of melee attacks done to her.
Level 2 - For 5 seconds or for 5 attacks, she is healed for 7% of melee attacks done to her.
Level 3 - For 5 seconds or for 5 attacks, she is healed for 9% of melee attacks done to her.
Level 4 - For 5 seconds or for 5 attacks, she is healed for 11% of melee attacks done to her.
Probably your best skill for laning. If the enemy team is mostly melee get ready for ownage.
Mana Cost: 70/70/70/70
Cooldown: 60/50/40/30

I made it so it would last for 5 seconds of 5 attacks. Sort of like Ursa's skill.




Ultimate - Life of Innocence (f)
When Achos is about to die, her life of innocence repays her back by making her stronger.
Level 1 - When Achos has less than 18% HP, she gains 75% increased attack damage and attack rate.
Level 2 - When Achos has less than 19% hp, she gains 100% increased attack damage and attack rate.
Level 3 - When Achos has less than 20% hp, she gains 115% increased attack damage and attack rate.
Makes your hero harder to kill.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

i dont get the 3rd skill and its kinda imba...
very low manacost an dvery low cooldown. its like not getting damaged for 5 seconds but better

Ok i changed it so the third skill(healing pain) will last for 5 seconds or a maximum of 5 attacks. And if you dont get the third skill it means if the opponent takes 100 damage to you. 5% of 100 is 5. So you are healed for 5 health. I dont think its too imba. Even at lvl 4 if he is attacked and the person deals 100 dmg. You would only get healed for 11 health.

2nd spell is kinda weak, look at axe's counter helix, deals more dmg in an AOE and its chance is almost same.
3rd spell is kinda overpowered.
ulti is fine

Ok guys i hear ya. Im takin in ur ideas and tryin to create my own. Hears what ive come up with. The changes ive made are in this post.
