well, i liked most of teh stories, but i felt that most chars were undeveloped.

OH gawd what do I do now!? planned all this! anyone have help, m'friend's advice was to post a sequel to the story they wrote.

Lol...My suggestion is either

1.) Like you said, ask all contestants to post a sequel. Then another voting round will begin, this time all vote counts will be added to the previous vote count and the author with highest total from the two stories will be the winner. (This process will take a very long time)

or

2.) Have a tiebreaker voting round between the tied contestants. (Short and easy, no sweat)
