Another favorite item:

MONKEY KING BAR!!!

Love it when you use a fast aspd hero.

30% chance to deal a blow that deals 100 bonus damage and .01 stun.....

Cost Effective.

All other faves are other cost-effective items.

My fave item would be:
1.Divine Rapier(I don't play the latest version since that would require killing Roshan)
2.Aegis( Also before the newest ver.)
3.Blade of Diffusion (you can't run,you pesky suckers...)

I would have to say cheese as well, i know roshan doesn't drop it until about the third death or so, but with certain heroes it is golden.... say enchantress.
high level enchantress, they spend so long to get your life down from 1900 to
150, then when they about to land the finishing blow, instant 2k heal, WHOA its like nerubs ultimate just way better

I was thinking like maybe just different looking ones so that there is a tiny bit of variaty. Maybe they can add more upgrades to the courier. Like say a one that can hide or even telleport or something. Especialy for those really long 5v5 matches where you cant stop defending. just a thought
