Dark Sakura kills True Assassin and purges her body of Zōken's worms. She is confronted by Rin in the chamber of the Greater Holy Grail beneath Mount Enzō, her power equally matched by The Jeweled Sword of Zelretch. Rin makes her way past Sakura's shadows, but refuses to kill her sister and instead embraces her; realizing Rin's love, Sakura hesitates killing her long enough for Shirō to dispel Angra Mainyu's grip on her soul with Rule Breaker. Shirō then attempts to trace Excalibur but Ilya intervenes, closes the gate, and performs the Heaven's Feel on Shirō.

Kishua Zelretch Schweinorg
Zelretch is responsible for killing Crimson Moon Brunestud, the King of Vampires, several centuries ago. However, the Crimson Moon was able to suck Zelretch's blood, turning the Wizard Marshall into a vampire now classified as one of the Twenty Seven Ancestors of Dead Apostles. Zelretch has grown older since that cataclysmic battle, and he can no longer use Kaleidoscope magic extensively.

Although a vampire, Zelretch remains an ally of humanity and the nearly extinct race of True Ancestors. He acts as a surrogate grandfather to Arcueid Brunestud, and is both admired and disliked by the Mage's Association; his tutelage, while comprehensive, frequently traumatizes the most promising of students, leaving them unwilling or incapable of continuing their careers.

Two hundred years ago, he helped found the Fuyuki Holy Grail Wars with Zōken Makiri, Nagato Tōsaka, and a homunculus known as Justica von Einzbern. Nagato allows his property, Fuyuki City, to be used as the battleground, while Zōken proposed the system of "Masters" and "Servants". The Einzberns offer to provide the vessels for the Holy Grail, which store the Mana from slain Servants necessary for wishes.

During the scenario of Heaven's Feel, Shirō Emiya, with help from Rin Tōsaka, manages to recreate The Jeweled Sword of Zelretch for use against Dark Sakura. Zelretch himself emerges from a parallel world and compliments Rin's accomplishment, reflecting on the progression of the Tōsaka family in just two centuries.

A sentient wand, and another invention of Zelretch. When activated, the Kaleidostick transfers knowledge from an alternate version of its user into its current wielder, in addition to providing an ample source of Mana. However, the Kaleidostick dislikes its creator, and frequently manipulates its user into humiliating situations. In Fate/hollow ataraxia, the Kaleidostick is responsible for transforming Rin into the magical girl Kaleido-Ruby.

As the most powerful True Ancestor created to specifically hunt down the fallen True Ancestors, there are few who can match Arcueid in terms of strength, speed and endurance. However even before Shiki killed her, she was using 70% of her power to suppress her vampiric impulses, but even then was more than strong enough to destroy almost any Dead Apostle that got in her way, especially with her Marble Phantasm, which can literally change reality to reate any naturally occurring effect and summon the Millennium Castle Brunestud, the ancestral home of the True Ancestors. The power of Marble Phantasm is such that even in her extreme weakened state, she was able to reduce Roa's latest host body to just the ankles.

She also has the normal vampire claws, and as a True Ancestor very few conceptual weapons can harm her. All vampires can ignore damage from most sources as their body will revert to the pre-damaged state rapidly, a conceptual weapon such as the Black Keys used by members of the Church nullifies this ability. At night she is almost invulnerable, and her power is at its peak during the full moon. She can not only regenerate most wounds rapidly, but even re-form her body completely after having her 'lines' cut by Shiki, even though it took the majority of her power to do so. She also has Mystic Eyes that enable limited control over others, such as the ability to plant suggestions. The color of her eyes changes to gold when they are active.
