Blade Of Alacrity - 1000

Gives:
A dagger that was once owned by Zarakum, the Shaman who created an Obsidian that was told to be ressurected my the Scourge. Gives +12 Agility +4 Armor +350 Mana and the ability to replenish 30 mana whenever you kill a unit.

i actually really like your item.
arcane ring gives you like 120 mana w/ a cooldown of at least 40 seconds(i think, maybe more). Say you have this item, and you kill 5-8 creeps in 30 seconds(a resonable amount for a good dota player(dont say its imposiable cus I've done it)). that comes out to 150-210 manna in 30 soconds. AND STEVE-O I HAVE TO COMEND YOU ON YOUR WITCH DOCTER GIUDe AND JAKIRO GIUDE AWSOME!!!

nice looking item cool.. but why not make it a lil bit higher cost of mana drained per kill.. its too little for that.

you can remove it being an orb effect, it aint that imva to make it a non orb item, plus you already removed the active mana replenishment giving another reason to remove it from being an orb effect

I like the idea very much, although it'll be very expensive and it'll loose its effect after a while. Some heroes could have great use of it (Nerubian assassin, King Leoric, Pudge but it'll loose its effectiveness eventually. Make it an aura instead? say an area of 250-350?, however the heroes that benefit of the aura only regain 15-25 mana.

This item i really like, but orb effect i dont know... i mean it's a good item but noone will use it if its an orb. Ppl will probably rather go for s/y or MoM or whatever.

make it an non orb effect and rather a chance to recover mana after each kill.
20-25% to recover 30 mana after creep kills and 30-35% to recover 50-100 (not sure about this) mana after a hero kill.
