It has some thing to do with creep block and Collision i agree that the bigger circle the easier to click (also on PotM's arrows) Lets keep it that way (but i as called a noob when i doom a creep instead of a hero!!!)

Maybe it was made like that on gondar, so his more sneaky. xD
