Who introduce you to dota?

my friends told me about dota but they never tought something so i learned alone playing vs ai, and now i pawn them everytime they want me in their team:P eventhough they start playing before me in 5months:P

I was playing Call of Duty with my friends.We were bored to play it.They encouraged me to play DoTa.I practiced with AI Bots.

My GF's sister showed me and taught me, I played for a bit kind of laughed since I was a hardcore SC player and thought 1 unit was just sooo damn easy, over time It grew on me because I had to depend on others "still hate that" but I found out alot of my other friends played but never wanted me to play LOL "I take my games serious"....

Few months passed and I learned the math on the side played randomly etc, few lan centers we found had hardcore players, played with them a bit got my ass beat all day long...

But when I started to "really play dota" is when I meet Pendragon_ and I had no real Idea who he was so he brought me into TDA and basicly fed me to the wolves, but over a few months and multi hours of listen to him play Monk war chant music over vent and learning team work and depending on people I gripped the game as hard as I did SC...

Months passed me and Pendragon wanted to form a pro team for league, I looked into the future of dota and noticed America has no real grip on this, the asian areas took control I bowed out of the league/top end gaming and now public bash with my friends and gf as something to do, and in the next few months I will let dota go to write my book q=)

I will return to dota once it is bought by a real company or some form of team that can fix the game into its own, kind of like CS...

Right now Warhammer is taking most of my time!

well one of my friends told me to dl it when i used to be able to host but we stopped playing it... then after a little while i decided to play it again but he didnt cuz when he plays he thinks in terms of WoW so he always gets owned then rage quits lol

I actually use to like the regular strategy warcraft 3. but it sucks cause the heroes and things. thats why starcraft so much better.

porn did, seriously, theres a video with two lesbians ****ing and a computer wiht someone playing dota and you see which one you look at the most lol, i just watched it 3 times, 1 watching the chicks ****ing, 1 watching dota, and another with the chicks

My Gurl Cousin taught me how to WoW.
then I saw my friends playing dota..
I asked them "Is that Warcraft?"
they said its just almost the same..
So I tried it.. and eventually I played it..
And enjoyed it.. XD

My friend introduced e to playing B.Net. I found WC3 on my own. I found DotA on my own. Although the few games later I found out he played it occasionally. Now he can't install Frozen Throne because his Vista computer has mental difficulties.
