I forgot which version when it got nerfed to that, but I remember 6.xx maps where EVERYONE has mekansm, even agi and str heroes, they just compensate the mana promlems with a couple of nulls. That's why they made it that the heal won't occur while the armor buff is still present.

Mekansm is ok as it is, no buffs, no nerfs.

If you get a meka and a buckler, you can use the buckler to remove the mekasmn buff. This way you can spam it. Imagine a tinker with rearm. Even better if there is a Harbringer with essence aura near...
