Could use A LOT of improvement 0% [ 0 ]

IMO
1st skill - Agreed on its imbalanceness
2nd skill - It's fine, I guess
3rd skill - C-dam is fine as long as it is not that high
Ultimate - Nah... *Agrees with JDZer0ski11z*

You got the "Homo"nculus from an alchemist thing, you got the ultimate from.... WTF!!! I don't even wanna type where you get those names, sheez.
