Hey guys, could someone help me convert this img to a avatar size, i give up. tried everything (well obviously not :O)

So it worked but the image aint that clear anymore as it used to be. (which is logical)

Now im wondering how to paste the picture via paint into here.

Can you get it from here?Wait i try with imageshack

then nothing comes up on the following page Sad

Copy paste the picture into "your pictures".

Then do it the other way at your profile.

Huh? You can see the picture right when clicking the link?
THen just copy paste it into "my pictures".

And then to your profile, and instead of taking the url take the other upload thing.

With me it works, cant see what is the problem.

hmm ok, so (still not working)
i can get the picture copied and all but when i upload it i go Browse select the picture and then press enter (so i get into select avatar page)
when i get to that page, there are no options to chose anything Sad
