I think it does when it is manually casted xD

Yeah when it's on autocast, it will not trigger magic wand.
When it is manually casted, it will.

i am not 100% positive about burning spear, but it works that way for arrows =)

Nerf WC3 pathing, it always picks the dumbest way to get me to some place. Don't even bring up couriers. I've had plenty of tower diving couriers, or couriers running through the enemy creep wave.
