no, they arent.

did you realize that sometimes when someone orbwalks it seems like he has more range? i have made some kills with this where noone could explain how i got that imba range... (clinkz and silencer)

yea i notice it too,especially with huskar,i orb walked from 500-600 range.
i think normal attacks canceled when a unit is out of range but for orb walk skills,once the animation starts it wont be canceled,just my opinion Very Happy

Another annoying situation is u playing 1v1. You have LvL 1 Meepo vs a lvl 16 Lina with aga, standing just outside the fence surrounding shops and fountain. God I hate when that happens. Nerf pls
