I've just found out here in DS that Tiny cannot toss Dragon Knight when he's in Elder Form, is there a reason behind that? And 1 more thing is there someone else that he can't toss aside from DK? What if Panda is in Primal Split can he be toss?

Well, he can't toss DK because hes flying... dunno if thats to make it seem realistic, or if it doesn't work on flying units.

If panda is in Primal Spirit, it can still toss him, but only the split-pandas, not the panda brewmaster

if panda is in primal split then you throw only one summoned panda.
You should read the spells description in the game. It states clearly that tiny "Cannot toss Elder Form DK"

coz of DK's movement speed and frost attack.. i guess. splash frost+MS , added chase to MULTIPLE target. dunno, i guess.. well if that's the case, pudge and VS must be inluded in the "no-toss" list too... but maybe those two are allowed coz only 1 target enemy can be affected by netherswap or hook.

or maybe it's just in the code. jez my opinion though..

I might be mistaken, but the reason for DK Elder Form being un-Toss-able is because he is using the movement-type Hover, since Toss can only target ground units.

All of the above is pure speculation.

The Brewmaster can't be Tossed during Split since he is removed from the game, but his minions can still be Tossed.

flying? i'm 100%sure that u can toss Jakiro, viper, etc... both flying heroes... needs fix...

Theres alot of flying hero out there just like Visage but why its only DK that cant be toss. Im just curious..

wanted to know it aome time ago and found this on DA:

if dk got tossed and ruturned into the mellee ground form again, he was in the ground or sth like that

to make this impossible, a trigger was added which doesnt allow to toss the dragon anymore

I'm pretty sure it's because in the real game his model is actually a flying neutral creep, while for example Jaikro is a night elf unit. They both fly, but they are different.
