Which are the best items and heroes against Rikimaru

I recently played against riki and had great problems. He killed the whole team like nothing so if somebody know how to kill this little ******* , he is welcome to share his ideas!

Items - Dust of Appearance, Sentry Wards, Gem.

Heros- Gondar, Heavy Nukers, Slardar, Stunners.

twin headed dragon is a great choice if your very lucky. i have great memories of spamming my ulti and accidently killing riki

Heroes - Heroes with net abilities like slithice or meepo because he cant get invisible while he is netted.

unfortunately slardar needs to be able to see riki to ult him. best way i've come up with is to build a str hero to take massive dmg (vanguards, hearts, and huge armor) and get a gem with him. let the tank see riki and let the teamates do the killing.

radiance also works well, it still hurts him even when he is invisible.

Rofftrelen can also help. Eyes in the forest have truesight. Also, any hero with silence - riki is visible while silenced if you didnt know...

Tree with eyes aswell as gun stated.

his bolts give true sight and vision

Any item with true sight acts as a counter for Rikimaru. Orchid Malevolence can Silence Rikimaru if he breaks his invisibility so that he won't be invisible for another 6.5 seconds (5 from Orchid and 1.5 second fade time). Since he can't turn invisible when hexed, Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse is also great. If you think about it, Helm of the Dominator can also be used as a counter if you dominate Dark Troll Warlord and Ensnare Rikimaru. Since Smoke Screen doesn't silence item spells, all of the above are great.

Any hero that can reveal invisible units are great against Rikimaru. Rooftrellen, Slardar, Bounty Hunter, and Bloodseeker are some. Any hero with an AoE nuke will also be great such as Dragon Knight, Pit Lord, or Jakiro. Any hero with a disable or net also works great. These heroes include Lion, Rhasta, Geomancer, and Naga Siren.

Great points, but the thing with Bloodthirst on BS is that he remains invisible, but you can see his hero on minimap. All you gotta do is go in vicinity and he'll attack what looks like thin air.

Zeus is great. 2 of his spells can reveal invisible unit.

Item: necronomicon 3. not only will riki be revealed, he can have his mana burned out too!

razor with radience is a pain the ass to riki

dirge could screw him up with aura (assuming riki dosent rape him instantly)
