Kelen's Dagger of Striking [based off krayzee's]

A modification of one of Kelen's magical artifacts of escape that grants the user a sudden, swift attack.

Requires:
-Kelen's Dagger of Escape 2100
-Crystalis 2200
-Kelen's Dagger of Striking Recipe 300

Effects:
+10 MS
+45 Damage
Passive: Critical Strike
15% Chance 1.85x Damage Multiplier

Active: Blink
Cooldown: 12
Mana Cost: 50
Range: 1600
When you blink to an enemy, you do a Blink Strike with a 50/100% chance of critical strike. (which one is less IMBA?)

Hmm, so can you still target the ground? Or is it just a blink strike now?
I think the crit multiplier should be a little higher

I think a 3 second cooldown buff isn't imba.

I think that the 10 ms should be increased. It's too lessssss.

I think this item is very good counterpart to euls sceptre since it also gives a small ms bonus and the ability to blink...you should not be able to blink to a random spot but to allies as well (so the standard blink strike..) and make it just a 50% chance so you have a total of 65% chance on a crit on blinkstrike..
