About silencers last word

About silencers last word

I got a question about Silncers last word:

What spells triggers last word... why i am asking is because i was playing silencer and was laneing against BB and some other guy and i was think like "perhaps it would be a good idea to skill last word cuz then they will be silenced every time BB use his quill spray"... well... it didnt work and i got owned, last word apparently dont go of on quill spray.... But i dont understand why it doesnt... isnt quill spray a magic skill?... and if not... what skill counts as magic skill?

i realy hope you can help me out, cuz i am having a hard time playing silencer, the glaive of wisdom / stats build in the begining isnt enaugh for me, and the dot / mana drain isnt usefull most of the time... thank you in advance for helping me...

The weakness of Last Word is that spells of which cast animation is cancelled cannot be silenced. So BB was apparently cancelling his cast animations and that explains why it happened. There are no list of spells in particular - the player who has quick fingers can overcome Last Word, that's all. But spells with shorter cast animations will get silenced more easily, of course.
