apparently there was some "things" that make hero skills malfunction. I think there was a case where KotL light got stuck channeling his spell lol.

anybody else think that the dota teams been slacking on changelogs recently? I've seen 'changed [Hero x]'s [skill y] skill' without actually seeing what the change was lately, and i am not impressed.
