Don't you know that Lucifer The Doom Bringer has been added to the heroes that can benefit from the Aghanim's Scepter? In version 6.39 the scepter can now improve the ultimate of Doom to level 4 (120 dmg for 18 seconds) Now that's a lot of doom for huh! Almost 2000 dmg is a nightmare for all those low hp heroes so beware!

Sounds nifty, but:
-What will Lucufer do with 30 INT(when a perseverance and some nulls can suffice)?
-Take note of Resistance, makes it around 1600 damage(lazy to compute not-rounded values) or less with Aegis.

Also, while building your scepter, you sacrifice items that would increase your physical damage, and therefore would make you rather weak against creeps, ineffect making you farm less effectively. I've tried using Aghanim's on Lucifer, and I wasn't that impressed. Your spells are all aimed at the enemy hero, and we all know you don't get gold from hero killing only. While the promise of Doom damage is high, Aghanim's only increases the damage of one skill in Lucifer's arsenal. Wouldn't it be better to have an item that increases your damage output overall? This is the same reason why Aghanim's is also not advisable for Akasha, Furion, Luna Moonfang, and to some extent, Lina Inverse. Eye of Skadi would be better for these heroes.

Also, during the mid-late game, Lucifer's INT and a Perseverance alone can sustain your mana needs. So Aghanim's isn't really that big of a deal.

well i can say is that doom bringer interest me a lot
18 seconds of silence is enough plus the 2160 damage add lvl death and some attacks wil kill any int and agi hero with low HP (note: magic resistance not calculated on the 2160)

we are anticipating doom bringer to have the right to use aghanim but it went far from expected
(expected was 100 damage 18 sec for 90 cooldown and will be done on 6.4X[if it will reach]; real done was 120 for 18 sec for 120)

Total Damage done to heroes: 1620, not counting item and/or skill magic resistance, HP regeneration per second, and healing skills used on hero.

still big if you will think about it

it far surpasses lina's laguna blade (is it 1000+ damage?)

i just go for the 18 second silence

since we're talking about doom

does doom also take away passive skills like bash time lock and greater bash?

i noticed that when troll warlord attack me he instatly stunned me and kill me with bashes but when he was doomed he is unable to stun me or anything
i noticed that while playing one on one

Doom is not reduced by spell resistance.

It does FULL DAMAGE.

SO scrap my computation.

What?so viper takes full damage on doom?Well then doom is the best skill in the game.
You can upgrade it when you play with Anub'arak cause you will have enough mana for all skills as The Nerubian assasin has mana burn.\500health/mana mustnt be forgotten in aghanims..

Nah... Heart of Tarrasque and Battlefury are irreplacable for Doombringer... if you build those... and maybe Linken's... then, and only then, would I go for Aghanim's... but by then the game will probably be over... I might still go for another Heart though. Lucy is pure strenght-intelligence-related items don't fit him, especially that expensive as Aghanim's. That's my opinion though.

Battlefury/Heart of Tarrasque --> Aghanim's Scepter --> Heart of Tarrasque/Battlefury.

That's what I do at least.

i want to ask some thing....

the damage is 1500++ right...........and EVIL

what about the passive regeneration of the hero that was doommed ?
eventhough is a full damage .. doom isn't really EVIL

if i'm not wrong..
the borrowerd time and kraken shell can take care of this.....

My point of view is that doom with aghanim and refresher orb will do the work :P 2 kill for 1 wave of spell

they lowered the increase of luci's ultimate in 6.41. now its only 100 dmg per second. but it stell spells DOOM for clinkz or drow
