Ok we all know what crap that 1st chapter chain is going through (Though i shall still participate in it, its way too much fun..Lol).. So here is Chapter Chain 2: THE SERIOUS VERSION!!

Rules

1) No deviation from storyline except in order to bring a fresh aspect, No nonsense shall be tolerated here (I shall bribe an executor if I can.. hehe)

2) No Double-posting, wait for someone to have his chance before expanding the story yourself

3) You can have appreciation comments but please go ahead and try your hand at a chapter yourself, this is gonna be fun ONLY if you participate

4) No end limit on number of chapters per story, but the story SHALL end if any recognised author writes "The End", following which a new story is out for writing

5) There is no King of this chain like the 2 wannabe owners of that other chapter chain, but please refrain from spamming or being rude

6) Well it seems that long walls of texts arent popular so while this is not a strict rule like the above one's, please try to finish within a max of 2-3 paragraphs. Also divide the chapter into paragraphs..

I shall add any other rules if I think of them, So let the games begin..

CHAPTER 1: Trolling all the way

"No no mon, thats not how you cast a voodoo enchantment! Focus on your inner strength, skilled is the troll who can show his versatility in battle!” said Vol’jin in the Troll training grounds in the lone islands off the shore of Kalimdor. He was, as usual, imparting all his knowledge to the youngsters and there was lot to be learnt from that Witch Doctor who had proven his mettle in times of war and peace alike many times. It was seen to be an honour to be single-handedly picked by Vol’jin to train in his hut in private and only the very gifted got this magnificent opportunity. The youngster in the training grounds was thinking of this as he watched Vol’jin teach the other, lesser trolls in his opinion.

This particular Troll can be excused for his ego for he, at the tender age of 23, had bettered many a corrupted orc fighting for the scourge. He had access to skills which made him different to most trolls who think of Voodoo as the sustenance of life. He was, of course, Rok’han the Shadow Shaman but he was called Rhasta (to be fast with) by his peers. The fools had no idea that it was not his agility to be feared but his intimacy with Shadow skills making him a force to be reckoned with indeed.

He thought of last night when he was informed that he was to train with Vol’jin the following day in private. Elation aside, all Rhasta could think of was getting the chance to prove himself to Vol’jin once and for all. As the time grew closer, he made his way to Vol’jin’s hut. There was a thick green smoke emanating from the roof chimney. As he was looking at it came the beckoning:- “Come in!”

WTF?? A Chapter Chain is not anyone's idea or anything! I had mentioned it in another thread and Jocafer too wanted another chapter chain.. So why the adverse reaction to it?

I think flameseeker was just joking or he is on some drugs or whatever...anyway, I would like to partcipate, but I dont have an idea jet, and I need to work on my fan-fic as well. I'll wait till this gets going a litle...

Chapter 2: The Test Unexpected

Vol'jin was waiting already. And he had prepared a few cauldrons filled with some strange silvery stuff which was the source of the green smoke.

"Aaaah Rhasta. You ready t' prove t' me mon?"
"Mahster Vol, I always ready fo' challenge."
"Great, naw here be the goal..."

The witch doctor explained that he would be conjuring the silvery stuff out of the cauldrons, and Rhasta had to do whatever he could to not get hit by it. Eager to start the test and show no hesitation, Rhasta got himself ready.

Vol'jin's first few volleys were relatively easy to dodge. The dust flew in a rather straightfoward direction and proved to be no big threat. However, the not so nice thing was that when the dust hit anything, it released a giant cloud of smoke that got in the way.

"Ah get it," Rhasta thought. "All me have to do is use voodoo to be sensin' an' dodgin'"

Concentrating hard, Rhasta opened his voodoo eyes into a new world where one walked by thought and not by sight. Vol'jin was starting to play harder now. Besides throwing the powder in many strange patterns, he was using his magic to meddle with that of Rhasta to break his concentration.

"Naw, naw, naw way this happen to me!"

Though he tried his best to withstand the smoke, magic, and concentration, one pack of the silvery stuff hit his face. Itches started to burst all over, and that was the feeling Rhasta hated most.

"Fail, mon," Vol'jin said, in a suddenly deeper and more powerful voice. "Fail, you are no worthy to be Troll. Go, go to deep dark forest mon, no come back."

Rhasta couldn't believe that, but what he couldn't believe is that Vol'jin seemed to crumple before his eyes. He faded into a green apparition of otherwordly force. And before him stood a wrinkled blue creature, and hiding in his back was a ghoul who crept out, splattering gore and organs all over the place.

"Don't worry, I can heal myself later," the blue thing said.

The ghoul started slobbering, and it lunged at Rhasta before he had time to react...

The test of fighting these horrors had begun!

KK. ALTERATION:there is NO blue guy. Naix just bursts out of Voljin. Saves everyone a lot of trouble.

Chapter Three:

Rhasta's face burned as though it were dipped in acid. In the mirror before him, he saw his blue skin bubbling up. It burnt. A lot.

But, even this was forgotten in the horrow of what happened next. Voljin's body seemed to move of its own will, a rag doll being pummeled. And suddenly, a shoul, the biggest anyone ha eveer seen, rupted from the Witch Doctor's stomach. Rhasta was splattered with pieces of intestine and stomach and other undistinguishable things.

"Aaaa. Been a long time since i had a meal.", the ghoul seemed to talk. Surely a first, Rhasta thought. But even as this small part of his brain thought, the rest was panicking, immobilizing his legs and yet wanting to run away.

The xombie pounced. Twang. An arrow cut through the air, skewering the xombie, cutting through him. The zombie fell down at the foot of Rhasta.

"Quick, Rhasta. Do it." the voice came from teh same direction as the arrow. A deep feminine voice, yet one knew it wouldn't be wise to mess with her.

For a moment, Rhasta stood still, surprised. And then he sprang into action, literally. Years of training had helped him hone his skills. They would be useful now...

Lol that blue man was supposed to be Dark Seer, who created an illusion of Vol'jin. W/e, just keep up the story.
