Well in my Opinion The Best Tag Team Heroes in DOTA is Purist Thunderwraith (The Omniknight) and Abaddon(Lord of Avernus).For me they are definitely the best to be used in a 2 on 2 game.

Naix' and Bloodseeker.Blood seeker casts 1st spell on naix when avatar is in cooldown.Naix has no other activatable skill and loosing HP per second will not harm him cause of lifesteal and addiional damage.Cast a rupture and Bloodseeker will kill

Barathrum and Leshrac. No one likes being permabashed while inside a Pulse Nova/Diabolic Edict AoE.

There are better combos with leshrac. For instance Leshrac and Treant protector.

Oh which reminds me. A great pub combo is Treant Protector and Magnataur. Using Reverse polarity and after that Overgrowth. If one or two of em have battlefury or Radiance it could mean devastating damage for the entire enem team.

techies and vengeful spirit. Pile tons of mines in one area have spirit stand on them and swap with enemy hero. If they are still alive then nuke them and kill. But they shouldnt be alive if u used enough mines

Rhasta the Shadow Shaman and Lion the Demon Witch..

Voodoo, Voodoo, Impale, Shackles, Mana Steal, Wards, Finger of Death...Might not get a direct kill but it sure is hella annoying...

another good one would be shadow shaman and which doctor maledict, shackle , serpent wards, death wards huge amounts of damage and bouns damage from maledict
