Unlike the Executor's lavish bus trips royalty can only afford walking trips for each of his important threads. However this walkthrough is quite short so I can be excused for the miserly treatment

So like the Executor said there is a panel each for hero and item ideas, it looks more or less like the panel the Executor snapped pics of.

Now for the publishing criteria.

1. I publish ideas once a week, on every Wednesday. My time zone is +8 GMT and I switch on the computer only on the afternoon, so new ideas will appear around that time.
   
   PS: Sometimes the publishing may be delayed until around Wed night or Thurs. Pray that I'm not so busy.
   
   
2. The order of preference in publishing ideas is "First come first served" - those who submitted their ideas earlier would get priority of place.
   
3. Unlike hero strategies there is no minimum number of votes that I must have before I can publish an idea.
   
4. I'm very liberal in deciding what idea can be published or not - as long as the idea sounds creative and interesting enough (and does not duplicate what is already in the map itself), it can be published even if, let's say, it has zero votes and no other ideas with votes are left.
   
5. This also implies that not every idea will be published even if it's interesting - competition exists.
   
6. I would try to publish ideas with 1 or more votes as soon as possible, but I would not publish ideas from the same author consecutively even if two of his ideas have high votes. To encourage more (and different) people to feel free to submit ideas sometimes I will publish zero-vote ideas before ones with two votes. But of course rest assured that your other ideas will not be forgotten. This is also the reason why point (c) exists.
   
7. Issues of balance/unbalance are at the last of my considerations. This is to let the creative juices flow as much as possible. What is balanced or not is very subjective to the opinions of the reader. I'm not responsible for the votes people give your ideas or comments they give to you, and I don't care a penny for people who complain that the ideas I publish are imba/haxor or think they have a right to tell me off. If people say your ideas are imbalanced then you could (not should) edit it.
   
8. By default I reapprove edited ideas around the time I seek new ideas to be published, ie Wed, but you could send a private message to me to speed up the process.
   
9. If certain members left derogatory comments on your ideas in the comment section, you can and should send a private message to me requesting punitive action. This is your responsibility as the idea maker - I can't be looking at all places all the time.
   
10. Ideas that are complete hogwash, as in "All enemy heroes are automatically killed when this spell is used" or "Buy this item and the Frozen Throne/World Tree is automatically destroyed" will be rejected. Profanities and lewd references will also receive more or less the same treatment. Depending on royal sentiments and the forum rules, I may even hunt that person down with a warning or a ban. So don't waste my time or I'll pay you back tenfold!

Humph! I guess I will submit my 3rd hero idea soon and edit the 1st two as I see fit.. Then lets see what ur highness says about creativity

thanks Caspian, this really helps out. =D unfortunately i realized i had submitted my hero, but forgot to do the final submit button thing at the bottom, so it was just sitting there for months doing nothing. o well. thanks for the info!!

Hey m8s. I have I guess 7 heroes not yet approved and i guess at least half are pretty good, original, interesting ideas. Why don't u look at them . Thanks.

you need to get a few more ideas in before you have a good chance of approval....i have 5 hero and 6 item ideas, out of which only 1 hero idea has been approved.....

@Shelu
then you need to post them in the forums then to get some criticism (or praise) to see what you need to keep/improve....the only one i see so far is "Shattered - The Neutral"
