How 'bout reworking some skill..

Night stalker- darkness- i think darkness can be something better as night came in nature..
darkness-
when used, all units in 500aoe will have % chance to miss and reduce their damage. Last 20 seconds.
1- 40% chance, reduce 30%
2- 50% chance, reduce 40%
3- 60% chance, reduce 50%
Alchemist- goblin's greed
for every enemy units within 600 aoe, alchemist gain 5/7/9/11% atk spd. max 50/70/90/110% atk spd(10 unit)

edited on darkness.. reduce the damge reduction.
anti mage-spell shield-
blocks a spell every 120/100/80/60.(linken style)
OR
Remove buff every 10/9/8/7 sec

Medusa - Petrify Aura
1 - 10% chance to stun for .25 seconds in an 500 AoE. (Damages for 100 HP.)
2 - 13% chance to stun for .75 seconds in an 500 AoE. (Damages for 175 HP.)
3 - 16% chance to stun for 1.25 seconds in an 500 AoE. (Damages for 250 HP.)
4 - 19% chance to stun for 1.75 seconds in an 500 AoE. (Damages for 325 HP.)

Another one!
Witch doctor- voodoo restoration.
Place a spell on a unit. Any ally creeps or heroes near the unit will heal their hp 50/75/100/125 hp per sec.300 aoe. spell last 10 second.
