.. I'm having a hard time understanding it though.. ^.^ well all I know is that you make some Heros faster so there passive crits, bashes and other stuff will trigger faster ^.^_________________

Yea the thing that was confusing me was N. You said it was the amount of hits ordered.... and i was like "since when? The beginning of the game?" I found out from the dotastrat article that it was number of hits since the last crit/bash/whatever.... so when someone said on the first page "oh i get it all go farming while my team is pushing and then go rambo and get triple kills" is actually wrong... Its only useful to hit a few creeps, right? I mean if you know you are about to go into a fight, and you whack one creep, and it crits, then your percent chance for the next few hits is severely lowered. If I understand correctly, its like a combo counter. The more you hit (without it going off), the higher chance you have for the counter to unload and reset on the next hit. So if you haven't critted in a while, by all means dont hit any more creeps cuz ur percent chance is probably high......... Right? Oh and thanks Flodian its still a good idea to bring to the community
EDIT: Ok so osborn666 sorta already said some of this. So I guess im just offering up my own alternate way of explaining it.
