Does Heroes of Newerth use PRD? Because I've been playing it, and it seems it uses a different system since crit/bash have an actual coldown (retarded huh)

No, the more you hit,(anything) the higher chance you have to crit, once you actrually get a crit, the chance goes back down.

Wow this is great info. I just followed the link from ur mortred guide and it REALLY clears up some questions i had about ganks and crits. Thanx for the info
