My Favored item is

BUTTERFLY

Because the Evasion Thing 25%

It Helps to prevent Attacks

So If You Do a 2 Butterflies

50% Evasion

but problably depends in the situation

i'll go eos if ranged hero and agi and non-agi

butterly is only for agi type... (i don't know if other non agi hero uses this one)

there are some str heros u can buy butterfly like axe and other str heros that needs atk speed... i dunno if its the best item u can buy but some situation its nice to buy it

For me generally:
Butterfly: for melee heroes
EoS: for large range heroes.

Hmm as for me..

AGI heroes must have Butterfly, except those who have an innate evasion skill.
Ranged AGI heroes must have both Butterfly and Eye of Skadi, unless they have superior orb effect buff placer skills.

Terrorblade is perfect for both the butterfly and EoS but like the butterfly better since it adds 50 dmg to agility heroes and evasion.

I must agree that Butterfly is a must have for almost any AGI hero...
It gives
+50 Damage
+50% Attack Speed
+25% evasion
I mean WTF! This is probably one of the best items in the game
